WABotSender separates local editing and CRM mapping from Meta’s review state.
Submit or resubmit
- Create or edit the local template.
- Review language, category, components, variables, and samples.
- Select Submit to Meta.
- Wait for review, then select Sync from Meta.
Status changes
WABotSender can notify you when a Pending Review template becomes Approved or Rejected. Only approved templates can be selected for a campaign.
Archive and delete
Archive hides a local template without removing it from Meta. Delete removes the template locally and also requests deletion from Meta; confirm the selected account and template before continuing.
