Tags replace the retired Lists feature and provide a reusable audience label.

Create and apply a tag

  1. Open Tags and create a descriptive tag.
  2. Open Manage contacts for that tag.
  3. Search by contact name or phone number.
  4. Select multiple contacts and save.

Use a tag in a campaign

In Create campaign → Recipients, select one or more tags. WABotSender builds the eligible recipient set from the current tag membership and consent filter.
