Every contact needs a valid phone number with country calling code.

Add one contact

  1. Open Contacts and select Add contact.
  2. Enter a phone number such as +60xxxxxxxxx.
  3. Add the name, language, country, consent, notes, and other useful details.
  4. Save the contact.

Import contacts

  1. Download the CSV or TXT import template.
  2. Map the phone and optional CRM columns.
  3. Review invalid and duplicate rows.
  4. Confirm the import only after the preview is correct.

Export contacts

Use Export CSV or Export TXT when you need a portable contact list. Protect exported files because they can contain personal data.
