Completed means WABotSender finished processing the campaign. It does not prove that the recipient’s device received the message.

Check the report

  1. Open the campaign report and inspect the recipient status and Meta details.
  2. Look for an error such as 131049, even if the initial request was accepted.
  3. Confirm the full recipient phone number and selected template language.
  4. Review template quality and recipient marketing-message limits in Meta.

Webhook limitation

WABotSender does not operate a hosted webhook relay, so it cannot collect later sent, delivered, read, or failed webhook receipts. Use Meta tools for provider-side delivery investigation.
