Essential checklist

  1. Activate the desktop license.
  2. Connect a Meta account with its WABA ID, Phone Number ID, and access token.
  3. Add or import contacts using full international phone numbers such as +60123456789.
  4. Create or sync an approved Meta template.
  5. Map template variables to CRM values.
  6. Send a test campaign to an eligible number before using a larger audience.

Understand the product boundary

WABotSender is focused on outbound campaigns. It does not receive conversations, provide an inbox, or replace Meta’s webhook-based delivery receipts.
