Exports are for selected readable records. Backup and Restore protects the application database as a whole.

Export data

Choose the record type and fields to include, then save the CSV or other supported output. Use exports for analysis or migration.

Create a backup

  1. Open Tools → Backup and restore.
  2. Choose Create backup and save it to a protected location.
  3. Keep multiple dated copies when the data is important.

Restore

  1. Create a current backup first.
  2. Choose Restore and select a valid WABotSender backup.
  3. Review the warning and wait for validation and reload to finish.

Credentials

Some secrets use operating-system protected storage and may not be included in a database backup. Keep recovery access to Meta and your license.
