Occasions automate recurring date-based template campaigns.

Create the rule

  1. Open Occasions and select Create occasion.
  2. Enter a name and choose the sending account.
  3. Select recipients and the date field, such as Birthday.
  4. Choose an approved Meta template for that account and language.
  5. Map variables and configure the send time.
  6. Review Preview & Safety. A test is recommended but not mandatory.
  7. Enable the occasion.

Keep birthday or custom date data accurate, verify recipient consent, and make sure the selected template remains approved.
