Each connected account represents one Cloud API sender configuration.

Add the account

  1. Open Accounts and select Add account.
  2. Enter a clear local account name.
  3. Enter the WABA ID and Phone Number ID from WhatsApp Manager.
  4. Paste the access token with the required permissions.
  5. Save and run the connection check.

What the IDs mean

The WABA ID identifies the WhatsApp Business Account. The Phone Number ID identifies the specific Cloud API sender. Do not enter the visible phone number in either field.

Check token expiry, permissions, asset assignment, Phone Number ID, WABA ownership, Graph API access, and the network. See Account and authentication errors.
